Georges is a simple man who wants to buy a jacket he found on an internet classified. He obtains said jacket, and receives a bonus gift along with it. From there, his focus is to live out his newly found life’s goal…something so ridiculous and bizarre, I’m not going to spoil it here (not that you’d believe me anyway). An absurdist, dark comedy that is very simple in its story, yet entirely engaging and interesting from start to finish. Think if Wes Anderson directed Creep, in the style of Lanthimos. If that doesn’t pique your interest, I don’t know what will. Short, sweet, to the point, filled with pretty visuals and great performances. Go watch this film!

POS
Visual palette is beautiful
Nails the tone perfectly
Two leads actors are on the top of their game
NEG
Starts off a tad slow (didn’t bother me, but may turn some off)
Could be considered too simple
8.9
