Suitable Flesh is the perfect festival & late night movie. This thing screams to be seen in a packed theater, after most normal adults have gone to sleep. A hypersexualized Freaky Friday that feels like a daytime soap opera. It’s quite over-the-top (sometimes to its detriment), and will elicit all the audible reactions from those around you. Graham is having FUN with this, and it’s so enjoyable to behold. This movie has moments that will make you squirm, make you laugh, make you cheer (if you like campy violence), and roll your eyes. Best suggestion is to go into this blind, do not watch it with your parents, and just let go and have fun.
Suitable Flesh was screened as part of the 2023 Telluride Horror Show and you can catch it now during a limited theatrical run before it lands on Shudder in January.
