Writer David Ebeltoft and director Rod Blackhurst bring us this story of a young woman struggling to survive on her own in the wake of a mysterious epidemic that has decimated society and forced her deep into the unforgiving wilderness. Judging by this little sneak peak, even if Here Alone turns out to be a throwback to 2012’s most tired genre of horror, it promises some new and exciting scares, cinematography, and gore effects. Keep an eye out for this one in 2016.
