A meek boy’s folks take a weekend lay-cation at a hotel, leaving him in the care of what on the surface appears to be the perfect au pair. Bee, played by Samara Weaving (Ash vs Evil Dead, Mayhem), is cool, confidant, caring, & stunning. She’s even into genre film. But what happens when the babysitee/babysat, Cole (Judah Lewis), stays up to see what goes on when he should be asleep? Bee isn’t who she seems… A full blown satanic ceremony sparks an outrageous, bloody, once buddy, horror-comedy that makes for one of the better full couch films of ’17. A rich cast of selfish sacrificers (strangely Bella Thorne standing out) makes for a well paced stream scream.
