A 666-Character Review Of ‘Preacher: See’

Jesse resolves to be a better preacher, conducting baptisms, reaching out to the sick and their families, and collecting opinions on how to better the church. Tulip is cheerful as she goads Jesse back into whatever job she has lined up and makes herself comfortable in unwelcome spaces. Tulip’s and Cassidy’s scenes are guaranteed to be entertaining. When two men try to do a mysterious ritual with unconscious Jesse, Cassidy defends him and a gruesomely hilarious fight ensues with tons of blood, a gun, a chainsaw, and of course Cassidy’s fangs.  Jesse discovers his new power and uses it on a dog, a local pedophile, and finally a comatose girl. The last one’s results are yet to be seen, but I wonder if it will be a careful what you wish for situation. Preacher continues to be a fun hour of television.
