A 666-Character Review Of ‘Penny Dreadful: Good and Evil Braided Be’

Jekyll and Victor team up to perfect the short lived treatment. Jekyll rejects that evil could ever be part of human nature and refuses to see the possible repercussions of his treatment. Hecate wants Ethan to embrace his darkness as the wolf and doesn’t hesitate to murder those who get in their way. I want to him to be with Vanessa, but these two as an evil power couple would be entertaining. Lily and Dorian recruit their first revolution member with a blood orgy following the murder of the man who used her and sold tickets to her death. I like the concept of women who are used yet invisible organizing and rising up and getting revenge. Vanessa rejects Dr. Sweet after a sweet date. I appreciate that Vanessa wants to get better alone before bringing someone else into her crazy horror show of a life.
