A young African American man visits his Caucasian girlfriend’s cursed family estate.
It’s been about a year since Jordan Peele announced he was writing and directing a horror movie, and now we have our first look at it. These two and a half minutes slide smoothly from predictable to odd to creepy to downright unsettling. It’s clear there’s a twist, but it’s obscured enough to build intrigue more than anything. While Peele is best known for his comedy work, it’s looking like he’s got a bit of skill when it comes to horror as well.
Get Out will be released February 24th, 2017.
