A 666-Character Review of ‘Alien Abduction’

Disclaimer: Something in my formative years guarantees that the sub-genre of alien movies will scare me more than most horror movies. This movie was solid in terms of some genuine scare moments and acting that was at least decent for found-footage-film. Though an alien film requires the suspension of belief for most viewers, this film might have asked a bit much, even from the first scene, in which a camera falls from outside the earth’s atmosphere, crashes in the middle of nowhere, and somehow survives to provide the ‘found footage’ for the film itself. That said, this one is probably worth a view – particularly if aliens scare you as much as they scare me.
